The artwork is a coffin-shaped fused glass & etched pendant featuring a vibrant, multi-colored scene in dichroic glass. The top portion of the pendant depicts an orange sky with a large black moon and several flying bats silhouetted against it. Below the sky, a black, leafless tree stands on a textured landscape that transitions from blue on the left to green and yellow on the right. The ground beneath the tree is brown with scattered leaves, adding to the eerie, gothic atmosphere of the piece. The pendant hangs from a silver chain and combines elements of nature and Halloween-themed imagery with a striking use of contrasting colors.
This piece is carefully constructed using advance glass fusing techniques and fired multiple times to complete a truly one of a kind piece.
Pendant size is 2" long and 1.5" wide and comes with an 18" black leather cord with 2" extender chain.
This piece was recently featured and one first place at the Bloomsburg Fair 2025.
